Mobile app
Veridien Mobile is a native companion to the web app for iOS and Android. It brings the daily front desk to your phone: the day's arrivals and departures, the reservation in front of you, and the numbers that show how the property is performing right now.
The iOS and Android apps are launching soon. The screens below show the built app. Download links will appear on the Mobile page once the apps are published.
The app is focused on floor operations rather than configuration. Use it to:
- Review the day. Arrivals, departures, in-house activity, and live occupancy on the dashboard.
- Work a reservation. Open a booking, check a guest in or out, and read the folio balance.
- Create a booking. A step-by-step reservation flow built for a phone.
- Stay informed. Real-time notifications for the events that need attention.
Deeper configuration such as rate plans, the channel manager, finance settings, and users and roles stays in the web app. The mobile Settings screen links you there rather than duplicating it.
Sign in with the same Veridien account you use on the web. Tapping Sign in opens your device's secure system browser on the Veridien login page, where email, Google, and any two-factor step take place. If you are already signed in to Veridien in that browser, sign-in completes in a single tap. The session returns to the app automatically, and you never enter credentials inside the app itself.
Your role and permissions carry over from the web. If a feature is hidden or read-only for your role on the web, it behaves the same way on mobile. See Users and Roles.
If your account has access to more than one property, the app opens on a property picker. If you have a single property, it opens straight into it. The active property is shown at the top of Settings, where you can switch at any time. Switching re-syncs the app so the dashboard, reservations, and notifications all reflect the property you chose.
