Mobile dashboard
The dashboard is the app's home screen. It answers the questions every shift starts with: who is arriving, who is leaving, and how full the property is today. It is the mobile counterpart to the web dashboard, condensed into a single scrollable screen.
Four controls sit across the top of the dashboard:
- Menu opens the app's navigation.
- Vesper, the sparkle icon, opens the AI assistant.
- Notifications, the bell, opens your alerts. A red badge shows the number of unread items. See Notifications & settings.
- New, the white plus button, starts a new reservation. See Reservations.
Below them, a personal greeting uses your account name.
A single date control governs the arrivals and departures beneath it.
- Tap the left and right arrows to step back or forward one day.
- Tap the date to jump to any day.
The day shown is the property's own date in the property's time zone, so it stays correct wherever you are working from.
Two sections list the movements for the selected day, each with a count next to its heading.
Arrivals shows each incoming guest as a card with:
- The guest's name and party size, such as "2 adults".
- A Check in button to start the check-in without leaving the dashboard.
- Room, Beds, and Stay (nights and date range), plus the Rate plan.
- The Balance due on the folio, highlighted when money is owed.
Departures lists guests scheduled to check out that day. When there are none, the section reads "No departures".
Tap a guest card to open the full reservation, where you can check in, check out, and review the folio. See Reservations.
The Statistics section shows how the property is performing.
- Occupancy shows the current percentage with a trend chip, such as "−1.4 pts", and a W / M / Y toggle to switch the window between week, month, and year.
- Supporting figures such as Peak, Low, and Avg put the current number in context.
Occupancy is measured against sellable inventory, so rooms marked Out of Order are excluded and the figure reflects what you can actually sell. The definitions match the web app. See Analytics Dashboard for how occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR are calculated.
