Restaurant Settings
Restaurant > Restaurant Settings configures the outlet selected in the header. Every tab applies to that outlet alone, which is what lets two outlets in one property trade differently. Editing needs the Manage Outlet Settings permission.
- Outlet name: what staff and guests see.
- Slug: the outlet's segment in its online ordering URL.
- Invoice prefix: the prefix on documents this outlet issues.
- Bill currency: the currency the outlet actually bills in. It does not have to be the property's base currency.
- Display currency: optional. A second currency the bill can be shown and paid in.
- Sell rate: how much bill currency one unit of the display currency buys.
The sell rate is guest-facing only
The sell rate prices the bill in the display currency and converts display-currency payments into bill credit. Revenue recognition and profit and loss always use the property's valuation rate, so a generous sell rate is a pricing decision, never an accounting one.
Pick which charges make up this outlet's stack. The list is the property's charges, and the order they apply in is what decides the total, exactly as it does for rooms. See Taxes & Charges.
An outlet's stack is its own
A restaurant outlet does not inherit the property's booking charges. If the outlet is not selling with the right tax on it, this tab is the first place to look.
Tick which of the property's payment methods this outlet accepts. Each is shown with its settlement type, and card fee costs come from the method's own linked charges rather than being re-entered here.
An outlet with nothing ticked can only take room charges, and the tender dialog will say so.
The printed receipt's own details: address, phone, tax registration number, footer text, a bank account and its label, a payment note, and up to two logos as PNG or JPEG.
Online ordering for the outlet:
- Auto-accept online orders: fire an incoming order straight to the kitchen instead of waiting for a cashier to accept it.
- Pickup and Delivery, with a Delivery fee and a Free delivery above threshold.
- Payment options: Pay at counter, Bank transfer, and a Payment gateway (none or Stripe).
- Earn loyalty with an Earn rate, so online orders accrue points.
The QR codes card generates and prints codes for the outlet: a table code opens the ordering page with that table pre-filled for dine-in, and the outlet code covers pickup and delivery.
Two printer roles are configured per terminal: the Receipt printer and the Kitchen (KOT) printer. A claim is granted by the browser to that machine, so each terminal claims its own printers, and claiming again on a different machine does not disturb the first.
Reports & Reconciliation
Read outlet revenue, settlements, item mix, voids and cost of goods, close the day, and verify the ledger invariants.

Link your property to the channel manager, connect Booking.com and Airbnb, map room types and rate plans, and confirm the webhook is active.
